Adam lived with one roommate at a house before. Now he is living alone in an apartment.
He likes to live alone because he prefers a clean house and has his place to enjoy.
If he has to choose a house or an apartment, he would like to live in a house. He thinks that the apartment is very convenient, it doesn't need upkeep by himself. But there is no yard.
He likes dogs, so he needs the yard or a small garden if he settles down somewhere.
He would like to live outside of the city. This environment gives him peace. He doesn't want the hustle and bustle of the city.
